ทุนไต้หวัน ปี 2556 ขยายเวลาส่งใบสมัคร 10 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556

ประกาศทุนการพัฒนาบุคลากร UBI ที่ประเทศไต้หวัน

Taiwan-Thailand International Innovative 

Entrepreneurship Manager Training Project

1.        กำหนดการฝึกอบรม  28 เมษายน – 12 พฤษภาคม 2556   (ช่วงเวลาอาจจะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเล็กน้อย)

2.        หัวข้อการฝึกอบรม

2.1 การอบรม  5 วัน  (29 เมษายน – 3 พฤษภาคม 2556) ครอบคลุมเนื้อหา

System Coaching: Incubation system regulations, coaching manual compilation, Taiwan innovative industry resources, and Taiwan SME Assistance Project introduction.

Core Training: Inspire creativity, innovative industry management, IP patent protection, etc.

Enhancements: Attraction of venture capital, entrepreneurial activity project planning, marketing incubator, financing incubator, case studies, etc.

  2.2 ศึกษาดูงานในหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ UBI ในไต้หวัน 4 วัน (6 – 9 พฤษภาคม 2556) อาทิเช่น

1.       National Central Universty University, Innovation & Incubation Center

First place winner in the 2010 Ministry of Economic Affairs National SME Quantization Guidance Category

Recipient of the 2011 Ministry of Economic Affairs SME Outstanding Incubation Center Niche Technology Award

First place winner in 2012 Ministry of Economic Affairs SME Outstanding Incubation Center Youth Innovation Category

2.       Chung Yuan Christian University, Innovation & Incubation Center

Recipient of the2002，2009，2011 Ministry of Economic Affairs SME Outstanding Incubation Center Best Features of Incubation Award

Recipient of the 2012 Ministry of Economic Affairs SME Outstanding Incubation Center International Incubation Award

Build-up international strategic cooperation partners: Co-incubation Centers in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Excellent Incubator Manager Award of 2005, 2006, and 2010.

2.3 การสรุปและแลกเปลี่ยนการเรียนรู้ระหว่างผู้เข้าอบรมและมหาวิทยาลัยในไต้หวัน (international incubation experience forum) 1 วัน (10 พฤษภาคม 2556)

** ในการฝึกอบรมทุกวันจะมีล่ามช่วยแปลภาษาอังกฤษ จีน เป็นภาษาไทย

3.    คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

3.1 เป็นบุคลากรระดับผู้จัดการหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงาน UBI มาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี (นับถึงวันที่ 28 เมษายน 2556) 

3.2   สามารถสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับหนึ่ง
3.3  ต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและจะต้องกลับมาปฏิบัติงานด้าน UBI 

4.      จำนวนทุน  9  ทุน

5.      การคัดเลือก

5.1 ผู้สมัครส่งใบสมัคร (ตาม attached file) และส่งผ่านประธานเครือข่าย ภายในวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2556

5.2  สอบสัมภาษณ์และนำเสนอภารกิจที่ปฏิบัติงานใน UBI เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ 15 นาที (คาดว่าจะเป็นช่วงสัปดาห์ที่ 18-22 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556)

6.    ค่าใช้จ่าย     สกอ. จะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายดังนี้

6.1 ค่าเครื่องบิน ระหว่าง ไต้หวันและกรุงเทพฯ

6.2 ค่าที่พัก

6.3 ค่าฝึกอบรม ค่าเดินทาง และค่าอาหารในวันที่ฝึกอบรม
